Your registration will be confirmed by letter, once the Congress Secretariat receives your full payment.
Cancellation & Refund terms are as follows;
|Cancellation request by May 01, 2016||90% Refund|
|Cancellation request from May 01, 2016 to June 20, 2016||70% Refund|
|Cancellation request from June 21, 2016 to August 01, 2016||50% Refund|
|Cancellation request from August 02, 2016 / No show||Not Refund|
Any refunds will be made in the same manner as they were paid, that is, registrations paid by credit card will be refunded to that same credit card and registrations made by bank transfer will be refunded to the bank account from which the registration fee was paid. No cash refunds will be made.
- Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the online registration. The invoices will be issued between 17 – 31 October by using the contact details provided on the registration form so please make sure you have provided us with the correct information.
