Terms of Payment

Your registration will be confirmed by letter, once the Congress Secretariat receives your full payment.

Cancellation & Refund terms are as follows;

Cancellation request by May 01, 2016 90% Refund
Cancellation request from May 01, 2016 to June 20, 2016 70% Refund
Cancellation request from June 21, 2016 to August 01, 2016 50% Refund
Cancellation request from August 02, 2016 / No show Not Refund
  • Registraiton substitutions are only permitted between delegates from the same organization. Delegates wishing to transfer their registration to someone else have to fill out he substitution form and send it to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail at registration@wec2016istanbul.org.tr
  • Delegates wishing to cancel their reistration have to fill out the cancellation form and send it to the Congress Secretariat by ewmail or fax.
  • Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes.
  • A confirmation letter will be mailed within one weeks of receipt of the total registration fee.

Any refunds will be made in the same manner as they were paid, that is, registrations paid by credit card will be refunded to that same credit card and registrations made by bank transfer will be refunded to the bank account from which the registration fee was paid. No cash refunds will be made.

- Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the online registration. The invoices will be issued between 17 – 31 October by using the contact details provided on the registration form so please make sure you have provided us with the correct information.
